Linking Tesla to Synergi - Instructions
Before you can start using Synergi Smart Charging, you need to allow access of your Tesla to Synergi. To do so, follow this steps:
- Get your Tesla account credentials ready.
- Download the Synergi app from Google Play Store and Apple App Store and create a Synergi account
- Connect your Tesla cloud by entering your Tesla credentials. Once you sign in to your Tesla account, you will likely need to connect to your EV via Bluetooth and verify the connection with your key card. If you have a Model S or Model Y from before 2021, you do not need to follow such extra steps.
- Add a charging location so we can optimize your charging based on where your EV is located.
- Once your car is linked, connected, and smart charging is enabled, Synergi creates a smart charging plan. The app displays “considering” for 1–10 minutes while the plan is generated.
