Linking Volkswagen to Synergi - Instructions

Before you can start using Synergi Smart Charging, you need to allow access of your Volkswagen to Synergi. To do so, follow this steps:

• Get your Volkswagen ID credentials ready.
• Download the Synergi app and create a Synergi account
• Link your vehicle to Synergi by signing in to your VW account. Please note that you must be an administrator in both the Volkswagen app and the car’s settings for Synergi to work properly.
• Add a charging location so we can optimize your charging based on where your EV is located
• Once your car is linked, connected, and smart charging is enabled, Synergi creates a smart charging plan. The app displays “considering” for 1–10 minutes while the plan is generated.
