Linking Audi to Synergi - Instructions

Before you can start using Synergi Smart Charging, you need to allow access of your Audi to Synergi. To do so, follow this steps:

• Get your Audi car credentials ready.
• Download the Synergi app and create a Synergi account
• Link your vehicle to Synergi by signing in to your Audi account
• Add a charging location so we can optimize your charging based on where your EV is located
• Once your car is linked, connected, and smart charging is enabled, Synergi creates a smart charging plan. The app displays “considering” for 1–10 minutes while the plan is generated.
• When you create a smart charging plan, the schedule displayed in the Audi app may differ. However, smart charging will still function correctly despite any discrepancies in the Audi app interface.
